Meet your new Virtual Assistant!
Most people don’t find their one true calling in life, but I’m lucky to have found it multiple times.
Helping others has always been my calling, and I’ve assumed it in multiple roles—as a licensed dentist, an animal rescuer, and, yes, as a virtual assistant.
I am all about designing a life you love, which for me means optimizing my way of life and helping others do the same.
Hello!
Shalom!
Bonjour!
Bună Ziua!

My journey started in dentistry, where, during my residency in Orthodontics, I fell in love with creating an exceptional experience for my patients. While I was completing my residency and working in a private practice, I set myself apart by providing more than just a cold, sterile medical experience.
I created a warm, collaborative environment by providing friendship and connection, and while I didn’t own the dental practice where I worked and I couldn’t change how it was run or the general client approach, I dreamed of one day opening my own boutique dental practice that will offer an experience and personality based on how I want my clients to feel.
In 2020, during lockdown, I found myself taking my first clients as a freelance virtual assistant. My first client, who is still working with me today, needed an assistant fluent in English, Hebrew, and French—not a common mix. Being fluent in all three, I quickly realized that the world of virtual assistance is not just a temporary gig.
People need support with specific skill sets that were often hard to find locally, especially at an expert level. My client previously had an assistant who didn’t speak all three languages but most importantly, she didn’t ‘get’ him. That was really missing for him and he was looking for someone with that X Factor.
That’s when I came in.

Enter WhisperWorks
I started getting undeniable signs that it was time for me to step away from helping people through dentistry and instead fully step into the world of virtual assistance. Because of my extensive professional experience prior to dental school—working in a variety of administrative and business development roles—the meaningful connections I had already built with my clients, the positive feedback, and my ease in providing a level of service I couldn’t offer in someone else’s dental practice, I was able to make the transition without fear.
I built WhisperWorks because I believe in bringing a HUMAN and personal touch to virtual assistance. A good assistant isn’t just someone who checks off tasks; she’s your right hand, a brainstorming partner, a shoulder to lean on, and a trusted listener. Most importantly, she’s your secret weapon to ensure that progress and growth continue—not just a daily struggle to keep up.
I also highly prioritize self-care, rest, avoiding burnout, and appreciating good life experiences out of growing your business. That’s why I’m passionate about helping business owners not only scale their current businesses but also uplevel their personal lives in the process.
After all, what’s the point of achieving financial and career goals if you can’t enjoy them along the way?
In fact, one reason I ultimately opted out of dentistry and chose the work-from-home life was to stay home and spend more time with my two rescue cats, Emilia and Butterscotch, and to prioritize my well-being as much as my clients’.

My Past Lives
Before my dentistry career, I lived in Israel, where I worked in support roles across diverse industries. Working for small businesses, early-stage startups, and large corporations in the tech, healthcare, construction, utilities and energy, and AI, where I collaborated with international stakeholders. These roles—spanning executive assistance, project management, sales, business development, marketing, and strategy—equipped me with the variety of transferable skills I now use to support my clients.
I love working with self-driven individuals who choose kindness, who are passionate about doing interesting things, and live with a determination to make the world better.
I love exploring and taking part in all sorts of opportunities. I love sharing a great and collaborative work environment. I’m a proactive, optimistic, loyal, and ambitious partner.
I believe it’s time for you to stop living someone else’s version of a good life and put YOUR dreams front and center, starting with reclaiming your time by finding the best sidekick you could ask for. Trust me, you’ll be amazed at what we can accomplish together.
Always go better!
